Will my cigars arrive in proper humidity?
Yes. Stokes Cigar Club includes a water pillow with every cigar order. Water pillows will maintain 70% humidity for 1-2 months. The water pillow can be used in lieu of a humidor, but Stokes recommends a humidor for proper storage. You can know that your cigars will be in proper humidity during their travel to your doorstep.
How long will it take for my cigars to arrive?
Our monthly memberships ship on the 10th of the month, however if you order after the 10th, then your order will ship within 2-3 business days. Stokes Cigar Club ships using USPS Priority Mail and the cigars usually are in transit for 2-3 business days. It may sound trivial, but we use Priority Mail because of the white trucks and white packaging and this shaves a few degrees off the heat during transit in the summer months.
On our non-monthly shipments (i.e. cigars by the box, individual cigars, or cigar accessories...) it takes approximately 1-2 business days for Stokes to fill your order. So, in total it takes 4-6 business days for your order to arrive at your door.
Can I print out a certificate for the person I am giving the membership to?
